Natali Magaña

Yatziri Natali Magaña is the founder of Magaña Law, PLLC, established in November 2017. She is a dedicated and experienced attorney specializing in immigration law and criminal defense. Born in Colima, Mexico, Natali immigrated to the United States at the age of three. Her personal journey has profoundly shaped her commitment to advocating for immigrant communities and defending the rights of the underrepresented.

Natali earned her Bachelor’s degree from Washington State University in 2013. During her studies, she had the enriching opportunity to study abroad in Salamanca, Spain, through the Keith Sherin Global Leader Scholar program. This international experience expanded her global perspective and reinforced her dedication to justice and equality.
She continued her legal education at the University of Idaho College of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctor in 2016. Natali became a licensed attorney in 2017, starting her legal career with a focus on immigration law. In 2023, she expanded her practice to include criminal defense, serving as a public defender for the city of Pasco. In this role, she works to ensure fair treatment and due process for all her clients.

Natali is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Washington Defenders Association. Her affiliations highlight her commitment to staying current with legal developments and providing exceptional representation.

Outside of her professional life, Natali enjoys practicing Yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, dancing and running. These activities help her maintain balance and stay grounded, complementing her rigorous professional work with physical and mental well-being.

With a deep understanding of both immigration law and criminal defense, Natali Magaña is devoted to protecting the rights of individuals navigating the complexities of the legal system.
